Question about your dessert calories, you know for my dessert, I always have frozen yogurt with some toppings, but if my toppings are berries, would I have to count that into my dessert calories? Or do I just have to count the frozen yogurt?<br /><br />I might pose a six week challenge like this for my mom and sister.
